Lee’s Tires Joins the Left Lane Family as 50th Location

We’re proud to announce the successful sale of Lee’s Tires, a trusted name in the community for over 30 years, to Left Lane. This marks Left Lane’s 50th location and a significant milestone for both companies.

The entire REP team was instrumental in making this sale possible. Issac Davis was approached by Lee’s Tire after several attempts to sell previously. Our team prepared an Estimate of Value, and then once the business was listed, we launched a strategic marketing effort and proactively reached out to a network of potential buyers. Alan Altom had the privilege of taking the lead on this sale and was looking for a buyer that was the right fit for Lee's Tires customers and was capable of providing future opportunities for its employees.

After receiving multiple offers, Left Lane was ultimately the perfect buyer. Alan and the REP team took the time to guide both the seller and buyer through the discovery process, ensuring all necessary information was gathered, and maintaining full transparency throughout. Our goal was not just to close a transaction, but to ensure that the needs of both the buyer and seller were met.

The seller, having spent three decades building a business with a reputation for quality and service, was genuinely surprised by the market value REP was able to generate and the strong interest we attracted. For the buyer, Left Lane, this acquisition affirmed their confidence in REP’s process and the quality of businesses we represent. In fact, Left Lane has already asked us to partner with them on future acquisitions.

Left Lane plans to keep the Lee’s Tires name, preserving its identity while adding the support of a larger organization.
