Successful Sale of Paramedical Services to New Owners

We are pleased to announce the successful sale of Paramedical Services, previously owned and operated by Virginia Shepherd. The business has been acquired by Kyle Jarnigan, Brent Lovell, and Heather Lovell, who also own and operate Job Lab Services.

Virginia came to REP seeking to transition out of her business as she looked forward to retirement. After 30 years of dedication to building Paramedical Services, she was ready to pass the torch to new owners who shared her commitment to service and excellence.

Throughout the process, REP’s goal was to ensure a smooth, confidential transition for all parties. Virginia expressed her deep appreciation for our expertise, guidance, and professionalism in managing the transition into capable hands.

We congratulate Kyle, Brent, and Heather on this exciting new chapter and are confident that Paramedical Services will thrive under their leadership. Virginia will stay on for a transitionary period to support the new owners and existing clients. We extend our best wishes to her as she enters this new chapter. Paramedical Services, which provides paramedical exams, laboratory testing and risk assessment services to insurance providers, will now operate out of a new location at 3444 Old Greenwood Road in Fort Smith.
