The business drew strong interest, with multiple offers at a time. Ultimately, Mark Moitoza emerged as the ideal buyer. 

1st Class Cleaning will continue to operate under the same name and brand, with plans to expand its footprint throughout Northwest Arkansas and the greater Fort Smith region.
